Cold air breath

A mindful breathing exercise to practise during the winter months when the air is cold.

Notice the sensations of the cold air as you breathe and when your mind wanders, gently bring it back to the breath.

Good for:

  • honing your ability to stay in the present;
  • tuning into your environment;
  • calming a busy mind;
  • taking you out of auto pilot;
